I love federal holidays!

I had Monday off thanks to Martin Luther King Jr. and it was the best three day weekend I think I've ever had!  Ben was on call on Saturday so Rielyn and I missed him but we got to spend some precious mother-daughter time together.  We spent a FULL three days together and it was SO good!  Rielyn's discovered her little voice and she was talking away this weekend.  I think she's going to be a girly girl because she has the cutest little high pitched squeal and she's so flirty with her facial expressions (especially with her daddy!).  So anyways, after my treasured weekend, today was like going back to work after maternity leave.  I cried in the shower this morning dreading work and I missed my baby all day.  I look forward to the days when I can hopefully stay at home with my child(ren?)...whenever that may be.  Until then, by about 10 I was back in the swing of things at work and it wasn't so bad....but I'm still looking forward to Friday at 5!  :)
